Metal frame sheds (Arrow Classic, Lifetime sheds) take 4 to 7 hours depending on panel count. We recommend scheduling on a dry day and morning slot to avoid afternoon rain — wet resin panels flex during assembly and misalign.
Does my garden shed need a concrete base?
Keter and Lifetime resin sheds are designed to sit on a flat, firm surface — pavers, concrete slabs, or compacted gravel all work. The base must be level to within 5 mm across the full footprint. An unlevel base warps the floor panels and causes the walls to rack, making the roof panels impossible to seat correctly. We check your base level before starting and advise if preparation is needed.
Can you install a Keter shed on a condo common area?
That depends on your MCST. Most condo MCSTes require prior approval for any structure in the common area or private patio that is permanent or anchored. We assemble the shed wherever you specify — compliance with MCST rules is your responsibility. We can provide an assembly completion certificate if your MCST requires one.
Do you anchor sheds to prevent wind lift?
Yes. For landed garden sheds, we anchor the floor frame to the ground using ground anchors or concrete anchor bolts. In Singapore, sudden Sumatran squalls can generate significant wind loads — an unanchored shed can be displaced or overturned. For patio or balcony sheds, we advise on weighted anchoring if mechanical anchoring is not permitted.
