Pricing FAQs
Do you charge by hour or by item?
We prefer to charge by item so you know the exact cost
upfront. Hourly rates are only used for very unique or custom jobs where
complexity is unknown.
Is there a cancellation fee?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before
the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $30
transport charge if the team has already been dispatched.
How do I pay?
We accept PayNow, Cash, or Bank Transfer upon completion of the job.
