Can you dismantle all my furniture before a house move?
Yes. We offer a whole-home disassembly service, typically done the day before or on the morning of your move. We work through room by room: beds, wardrobes, tables, shelves. Hardware from each piece is bagged and labelled — every bolt goes back with its furniture. If you have booked reassembly at the new address, we can coordinate directly with your moving company on timing.
Do you dispose of old furniture that I no longer want?
Yes, with conditions. We arrange licensed bulk waste collection for furniture you want removed. HDB residents should note that large items cannot simply be left at the bin centre — they require a pre-arranged collection from licensed bulk waste collectors. We handle the scheduling. There is a disposal fee based on volume. We cannot dispose of mattresses, which require a separate mattress recycler.
Can you dismantle a wardrobe that was custom-built or carpentry-fitted?
We can dismantle modular, flat-pack wardrobes. Carpentry-fitted wardrobes (built by a carpenter on-site from panels and solid wood) are a different scope — they are typically destroyed during removal rather than disassembled. If you are unsure whether your wardrobe is modular or carpentry, send us a photo and we will advise before you book.
How far in advance should I book a disassembly service for a house move?
At least 3–5 working days for standard jobs. During peak BTO collection months (typically March, June, September, December) and public holiday weekends, slots book out quickly. If your move date is fixed, book as early as possible.
