How quickly can you come?
We can often accommodate next-day appointments. For urgent requests, please WhatsApp us directly to check real-time availability.
Do I need to be home?
Ideally, yes. We need someone to let us in and verify the assembly location. However, you can leave us to work once we get started.
Do you bring your own tools?
Absolutely. Our teams come fully equipped with professional power drills, screwdrivers, levels, and protective gear.
What if there are missing parts?
We can help you identify exactly what is missing so you can contact the seller. For common generic screws, we often carry spares.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 30-day workmanship warranty. If anything wobbles or loosens due to our assembly within 30 days, we fix it for free.
