Can you fit out an entire office of 30 desks and chairs?
Yes. Commercial fitouts are a regular service. We deploy two or three technicians and work to a project schedule. For 30 desks with chairs and pedestal units, expect a full-day job. We require a site visit quote for fitouts above 10 workstations — contact us with your floor plan and furniture schedule.
Do you assemble height-adjustable standing desks?
Yes. Omnidesk Pro 2, EverDesk+, Flexispot E7, and the Autonomous SmartDesk are our most common office desk assemblies. Critical steps: frame must be squared before worktop attachment, motor cable must be routed with no pinch points, and anti-collision height must be calibrated for your specific worktop thickness. We do all of this as standard.
Can you assemble ergonomic chairs like the Herman Miller or Secretlab?
Yes. Most ergonomic chairs (Herman Miller Aeron, Secretlab Titan, HM Embody) arrive partly assembled but require cylinder installation, armrest torquing, and lumbar adjustment calibration. We assemble and set the chair to a standard neutral position — users can personalise from there.
We are moving offices. Can you dismantle and reassemble?
Yes. We offer a full dismantle-and-reassemble service for office relocations within Singapore. We label every component during dismantling so reassembly at the new location is systematic. Ask for a quote with your furniture list and both addresses.
Do you work on weekends or after business hours?
Yes. Weekend and after-hours slots (from 7 pm) are available at a surcharge. For large fitouts we also offer overnight assembly for handover at 8 am the next morning.
