My condo MCST does not allow drilling on the balcony. Can you still assemble outdoor furniture?
Yes. Many condo residents are surprised to learn that most outdoor furniture does not require drilling at all. Furniture that does require anchoring (swing frames, umbrella base bolts, large storage units) can usually be weighted or friction-mounted as an alternative. We are familiar with typical MCST balcony rules — check with your management office and let us know the constraints when booking.
Will outdoor furniture hardware rust quickly in Singapore?
Carbon steel hardware that ships with some Lazada and Taobao outdoor sets will rust within 6–12 months in Singapore's coastal and high-humidity environment. We carry 316-grade stainless replacement bolts and can swap them during assembly for outdoor furniture that is going on a waterfront condo balcony or in a garden exposed to rain.
Do you assemble swing sets and playground equipment for private landed homes?
